Are my photos stored?
Your photos aren't kept on our servers. Each scan's results and photos, and any answers you give, stay on your phone until you delete them with Clear All Data in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why did my analysis fail?
This can happen due to poor lighting, blurry photos, or temporary server issues. Try retaking photos in good lighting and ensure your hairline is clearly visible.
How do I get the best results?
Use good lighting (natural light works best), hold the camera steady, and take photos from multiple angles (front, left side, right side).
